Total Body Workout with BOSU Class
This class is 60 minutes of cardio, stability, balance, core and body work using the BOSU
Step & Strength
A one-hour class of step, weights, core and more! Broken into 10-15 minute intervals, which include 15 minutes of step (warm up included), 15 minutes of weights and/or bands (maybe even a BOSU ball), and then repeat with a little bit of stretching at the end! The step patterns are basic and easy to follow– making this a good fit for all levels!
A full body cardio dance class that is calorie-burning which alternates between slow and fast pace rhythms. Zumba will increase flexibility, improve coordination, increase endurance, and so much more.
Total Body Blast
An interval class utilizing the equipment in the room– be it the bench, BOSU ball, weights, bands, etc. Even the music is formulated to help you through the high energy floor cardio, mixed with weight lifting! The class varies each week, and the “lag” time between sets is minimal to keep it moving quickly! It’s a great class for anyone to come try!
This class is a class for all! Go at your own pace for the weight lifting portion that utilizes everything from bands to weights!! Each weight set is followed by a brief (20-30 second) cardio blast that can be at your own pace. It alternates like this for 45 minutes followed by a 15 minute stretch! Some core work is also included. Beginners are welcome.
Strength training in a group utilizing dumbbells, resistance bands and medicine balls for 45 minutes with a 15 minute total body stretch. Beginners are welcome!
Tai Chi involves a series of slow controlled movements which focuses on deep breathing
Full Body Fitness
This one hour class using a variety of formats will build your strength, cardio, fitness and flexibility. You will be training with free weights, steps, your own body weight and more for a full body workout. Exercises can be modified to accommodate all fitness levels
PiYo combines muscle-sculpting, core firming benefits of Pilates with the strength and flexibility advantages of yoga. We crank up the speed to deliver a true fat-burning, low-impact workout that leaves your body looking long, lean, and defined. You can wear sneakers, socks, or even being barefoot. It takes multiple classes to grasp the routine.
Energetic, circuit training style class of rotating stations utilizing floor work, weights, cardio & TRX. Exercise stations will change every month so that you can see and feel yourself getting stronger
Our instructors strive to promote cycling as a form of exercise, Beginners and experienced cyclists can ride side by side and each get what they need from our classes. Add another dimension to your exercise routine where you, as the rider, are "in control" of your own bike and level of workout. Music ties it all together into the flow of the workout, making it motivating and fun. Come ride with us. We have instructor lead dvds available to members

TRX Suspension Training
This suspension-training body weight workout develops strength, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. The suspension trainer delivers a fast and effective total body workout, helps build a rock solid core and increases muscular endurance. This class benefits people from all fitness levels (athletes to beginners).
Pilates Mat is a mind-body exercise technique created by Joseph Pilates. Pilates Mat classes uses your own body weight as resistance and is designed to train the body's "powerhouse" areas: the abdominals, lower back, hips and buttocks. Students feel the benefits of improved strength, posture, agility, and flexibility as well as toned muscles from participating regularly in Pilates mat sessions.
