Fitness Class
Have you always wanted to take a group fitness class but didn’t know which one try? This class will give you a taste of what The Body Shoppe offers for fitness classes at an introductory level.

Barre

Barre classes mix elements of Pilates, dance, yoga and functional training, and the moves are choreographed to motivating music. In each energizing and targeted workout, you'll use the barre and exercise equipment such as mini-balls and small hand weights to sculpt, slim and stretch your entire body. Moves are structured so that
intensity level is self controlled allowing all ages and fitness levels to catch on quickly.

Get Strong

Combining body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric training moves synced to original music that has been specifically designed to match every single move.
 

Sculpting

Are you looking to firm up your body & have stronger bones? Sculpting is a class where you will tone & condition your muscles to be stronger. You will be tightening up your body by using bands, weights, your own body weight and more. This class is modifiable for all fitness levels.


  Total Body Workout with BOSU
This class is 60 minutes of cardio, stability, balance, core and body work using the BOSU.

Step &Weights
A one-hour class of step, weights, core and more! Broken into 10-15 minute intervals, which include 15 minutes of step (warm up included), 15 minutes of weights, bands and other small equipment, and then repeat with a little bit of stretching at the end! Some classes are a double step class.

Zumba®
A full body cardio dance class that is calorie-burning which alternates between slow and fast pace rhythms. Zumba will increase flexibility, improve coordination, increase endurance, and so much more.

Body Blast
An interval class utilizing the step bench, BOSU ball, weights, bands and more. Even the music is formulated to help you through the high energy cardio mixed with weight lifting.


Cardio/Weights
This class is a class for all! Go at your own pace for the weight lifting portion that utilizes everything from bands to weights!! Each weight set is followed by a brief (20-30 second) cardio blast that can be at your own pace. It alternates like this for 45 minutes followed by a 15 minute stretch! Some core work is also included. Beginners are welcome.

Tai Chi
Tai Chi involves a series of slow controlled movements which focuses on deep breathing. The class finishes with a 15 minute meditation.


PiYo
PiYo combines muscle-sculpting, core firming benefits of Pilates with the strength and flexibility advantages of yoga. We crank up the speed to deliver a true fat-burning, low-impact workout that leaves your body looking long, lean, and defined. You can wear sneakers, socks, or even being barefoot. It takes multiple classes to grasp the routine.


Circuit Training
Energetic, circuit training style class of rotating stations utilizing floor work, weights, cardio & TRX. Exercise stations will change frequently so that you can see and feel yourself getting stronger


Personal Trainer Led Classes

TRX Suspension Training
This suspension-training body weight workout develops strength, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. The suspension trainer delivers a fast and effective total body workout, helps build a rock solid core and increases muscular endurance. This class benefits people from all fitness levels (athletes to beginners).

Pilates Mat
Pilates Mat is a mind-body exercise technique created by Joseph Pilates. Pilates Mat classes uses your own body weight as resistance and is designed to train the body's "powerhouse" areas: the abdominals, lower back, hips and buttocks. Students feel the benefits of improved strength, posture, agility, and flexibility as well as toned muscles from participating regularly in Pilates mat sessions.
