Nadya Beaudoin, certified Personal Trainer and Pilates Instructor, instructs Pilates using either Mat or the Reformers here at the Body Shoppe!

Pilates Mat class is where your own body weight creates resistance and it's designed to train the body's "powerhouse" areas; the abs, lower back, hips and buttock. Members see results such as strength, posture, agility, and flexibility as well as toned muscles from one a week Pilates mat sessions.
